We’ve invested in two new Sodick ALC 600G wire eroders, taking us to 29 EDM machines.
The ALC 600G’s groove rotation mechanism provides additional control over the wire, resulting in increased surface quality and improved geometric accuracy. At the same time minimising wire consumption – combining the best ecological solution with the highest quality of EDM machining.
A&M have very experienced EDM engineers who can programme wire eroders to cut for up to 60 hours, on multiple jobs and run lights out overnight.
