We work closely with a number of leading companies, developing the machining and manufacturing processes for complex components in a range of exotic materials to withstand extreme variations in temperature operating in deep sea or space.

Working with customer Non-Disclosure Agreements, our precision engineering work for marine and space customers conforms to the following manufacturing quality certifications:

Precision Components

We have manufactured a wide range of precision components for different customers to fully function at depths up to 3,000 metres.

Space Components

We have manufactured complex components to precise specifications for space missions and hypersonic travel.

Spark Eroding Valves

Utilising our range of spark eroders we have produced complex shapes which CNC machining alone cannot achieve, for a range of underwater applications including submarines and oil exploration equipment.
