He has championed the investment by manufacturing SMEs in apprenticeships to develop the next generation of engineers. Lee Finch - Production Director EDM
Lee joined A&M in 2003, progressing from the youngest employee to directing our EDM operation. Lee is responsible for 29 spark and wire machines and a production cell in the Mornington Road site. Lee is a Manufacturer Top 100 role model.
