He has championed the investment by manufacturing SMEs in apprenticeships to develop the next generation of engineers. Stuart is responsible for the CNC Machining and Toolmaking operations. Stuart oversees multiple projects to precision machine components for customers in aerospace, automotive and Formula 1. Stuart is a Manufacturer Top 100 role model.
Lee Finch - Production Director EDM
Lee joined A&M in 2003, progressing from the youngest employee to directing our EDM operation. Lee is responsible for 29 spark and wire machines and a production cell in the Mornington Road site. Lee is a Manufacturer Top 100 role model.

Arthur is one the UK’s leading wire erosion practitioners with a unique appreciation of programming and the ability to wire almost anything, completing thousands of jobs manufacturing mould tools, jigs and fixtures and press tool extensions. Arthur is a Manufacturer Top 100 role model.
