Mark began as his career as an apprentice engineer, developing toolmaking and wire and spark EDM skills. He has championed the investment by manufacturing SMEs in apprenticeships to develop the next generation of engineers. Stuart Talbot - Production Director CNC
Stuart is responsible for the CNC Machining and Toolmaking operations. Stuart oversees multiple projects to precision machine components for customers in aerospace, automotive and Formula 1. Stuart is a Manufacturer Top 100 role model.
Lee Finch - Production Director EDM
Lee joined A&M in 2003, progressing from the youngest employee to directing our EDM operation. Lee is responsible for 29 spark and wire machines and a production cell in the Mornington Road site. Lee is a Manufacturer Top 100 role model.
Gary Surman - Technical Director
Gary has experience in press tool design and automotive precision machining. He has implemented new techniques using CNC programming to deliver production run quality and increased speed for one off components. Gary is a Manufacturer Top 100 role model.
