To encourage wellbeing at work, we are participating in the West Midlands Combined Authority Thrive at Work project.
A&M Director Melvin Wingfield, is the company’s wellbeing champion and a new member
of staff, Emma Berry has joined A&M to coordinate the Thrive programme.
Our first activity was to support Time to Talk Day, encouraging staff to do an online quiz and have conversations about mental health issues as pictured.
A&M is undertaking the WMCA Thrive at Work pilot and supported the Time to Talk Day, to encourage conversations about mental health.
We showed staff the In your Corner film about supporting workmates
Our staff did the Time to Change Mental Health awareness quiz and then discussed their views.
