Current status
We are operating as normal whilst following a strict process to safeguard our employees and customers. We are receiving orders as normal and processing them as efficiently as possible. We are working closely with our supply chain to minimise any disruption.
We encourage our customers to place orders as soon as possible to ensure we can meet your lead time delivery requirements
In line with Government guidance, any staff experiencing symptoms will be instructed to self-isolate at home.
Visitor restrictions
In line with the Government advice on social distancing and reducing personal contact, we are limiting visitors to strictly necessary, pre-arranged meetings or agreed contractors only.
Hygiene
All employees are encouraged to wash their hands on entering the building and frequently throughout the day.
We are cleaning and disinfecting door
handles and regularly touched objects and surfaces. Hand sanitisers are available throughout our factories.
Contingency plans
We will review the situation as it evolves, our aims are to:
- Be flexible and continue manufacturing
- Be fair to all staff and preserve jobs
- Serve our customers
We have reduced working to core hours and overtime will only be approved by one of our Production Directors on a commercial basis.
We will offer flexibility to staff with extended opening hours to maintain production and enable staff to undertake childcare or social care of relatives.
Communication
We have set up personal email and WhatsApp channels to communicate with our staff. We plan to update them on a regular basis.
Our Production teams will maintain frequent contact with customers and we will inform you if there are any significant changes or developments.
