Many congratulations to Finlay, who won the Engineering & Manufacturing Apprentice of the Year award at the Express & Star Ladder for Black Country awards dinner last night at the Hawthorns.
This came a couple of weeks after Finlay was a finalist in Rising Star Apprentice category in Make UK’s Midlands & East awards.
The award is a testament to Finlay’s application and community activities outside A&M, his colleagues in the Tool making section and the hard work over years in developing and evolving A&M's apprentice programme.
Finlay said "this award is because of the practical guidance and knowledge passed on by mentors and colleagues at A&M."
