A&M EDM, scored a triple success with three engineers selected in The Manufacturer Top 100 for 2017 at a national manufacturing event in Liverpool.
Managing Director Mark Wingfield was selected by the judging panel as an inspiring leader and exemplar for his contribution to the manufacturing sector. Mark, along with Arthur Watts, started A&M in 2002, the company has now grown to 60 staff and sales of £4.65m.
Mark is joined in the Top 100 by two A&M colleagues Gary Surman, Works' Manager and Stuart Talbot, Senior Production & Design Engineer in the unsung hero category.
Mark said, "It’s fantastic for A&M to have three individuals selected by the judging panel, its all down to the engineering capabilities of our workforce. I am privileged to be an exemplar, it takes many years to develop engineering skills and you keep learning, making this an exciting sector to work in.”
