Brett Moore and David Tomkins, A&M employees, who progressed from apprentices to studying HNC in engineering, participated in a careers event at Sandwell Council House in Oldbury. Hundreds of young people attended the event showcasing jobs and apprenticeships for National Apprenticeship Week 2019.
